We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our innovative global agricultural technology firm. Phytech’s products and services are backed up by a team of industry professionals who are dedicated to one goal: making our farmers successful!

The Customer Success Manager will work directly with our farmers and help them fully utilize Phytech technology to achieve a better farming practice. You'll be the farmer-trusted advisor ushering the agriculture industry to its next phase of innovation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated achievements working in the Agriculture industry

  • Passion for Agriculture and farmers’ success

  • Proven experience building relationships with growers in California 

  • Desire to positively impact your community by helping farmers optimize production

  • Agriculture-related degree from an accredited university preferred

  • Certified Crop Adviser or Pest Control Adviser license preferred

Financial Controller (Full-time) / Israel offices


Phytech is a fast-growing Agtech company with a technology designed to improve irrigation efficiency, plant health, crop yields, and crop quality.

Job Responsibility and Impact

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual audited financial statements.

  • Revenue recognition, expense analysis and accruals, A/R and deferred revenue review and reconciliation, inventory, and cost accounting, across several legal entities.

  • Assist with revenue recognition (US GAAP ASC606 accounting standards) calculation and analysis.

  • Work with external advisors to maintain statutory compliance for our Israeli entity, US and Australia subsidiaries.

  • Prepare, analyze, and review with managers actual vs. budget quarterly reports, maintain budget records within NetSuite and support the annual budget process.

  • Sales-related assignments – Analyze sales performance, subscription renewals and manage sales commissions.

  • Systems: support improvements of NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM

  • Work closely with Operations and Sales Operations teams on supply chain management, inventory valuation and related processes, monitor A/R Aging, collection, and cash flow.


Job requirements


  • Top graduate CPA from a well-known university

  • Accounting firm experience of 3-4 years – 1 of the big 4 is an advantage

  • Prior experience of 2 years supporting hi-tech companies

  • Excellent relationships & level of service

  • Independent

  • Proficient English level

  • Successful in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment

  • Work experience with international subsidiaries - advantage
